Most of our crystal awards and gifts are made from optic crystal (top quality K9 crystal). Also we use a lot of jade glass and clear glass to make awards and gifts.
Imprinting & Engraving
Yes, we can manufacture both blank crystal or engraved crystal.
We use 3d laser engraving (2d/3d laser etching), sandblasting (sandblasted crystal) or color printing (uv imprinting) to engrave or print custom logo (image, photo or text).

Pricing
We offer very competitive prices, and our pricing policy is better prices for larger quantities.
Our prices are mostly depend on dimensions, colors and quantities. Please send us a list include item numbers, dimensions and quantity for each item, then we will send our pricing to you as soon as possible.
Yes, we will give your discount depends on detailed orders.
Ordering
No MOQ, but we will charge set up cost for some items.
Our lead time is 5-7 days in general.
Packaging
We use satin lined presentation box to package the award, and we use velvet lined gift box also.

We offer blue, black, red, white and yellow boxes, the satin color and the box color can be different.
Shipping
We can ship products to you by three methods: by courier express (DHL, FedEx or UPS), by air transportation (only arrive at the nearest international airport, need Customs Liquidation by your local forwarder) and by sea (only arrive at the nearest seaport, also need custom clearance and delivery from the seaport to your office).
If shipping by courier, the shipping time is approx. 2-3 days. If shipping by air transportation, the shipping time is approx. 4-6 days. If shipping by sea, the shipping time is approx. 10-28 days (depends on location).
Courier is an expensive way to ship the goods, but it's the most fast and convenient way. Air transportation is also fast and convenient, but cheaper than courier.
Sea shipping is the most economic way, if you ordered lot of items and do not require the prducts very very urgent, then sea shipping is the best way for you (save more shipping cost for you).
Payment & Trade Term
We mostly accept wire transfer payment (T/T), 50% deposit and balance before shipping.
We mostly do FOB, CFR and CIF.
We mostly accept US Dollar and Euro.
