Engraved Crystals, please send us Item Numbers, Dimensions, Required Date, Delivery Address and Required Quantities, also send us the Logo or Images that you would like to be engraved (please send your logo or images via email to sales@crystalawards.biz).
If you need make custom design projects:
Send us the Specifications, Drawing (if have), Pictures (if have), Dimensions, Required Date, Delivery Address and Required Quantities (please send them to sales@crystalawards.biz).
Then we will send our quotation and other required information to you as soon as the above details received.

HOW TO PLACE THE ORDER AFTER PRICE QUOTE
If you accept our quote and would like to proceed the order, please confirm required QTY, required date and delivery address with us by email.
When received your confirmation, we will forward our proforma invoice to you to arrange the order payment, and we can only accept wire transfer (T/T) payment.
Please email a payment copy to us ASAP when you finished the wire payment.
We will start to arrange the production for you shortly after received your payment.
When production finished, we will ship the goods to you as per our concerted terms .
